2009 Guangzhou Bakery International Exhibition

中国食品工业协会是国务院国有资产管理委员会领导下的、我国食品工业行业的综合性大协会。
China National Food Industry Association (CNFIA) is an integrated union in China food industry and is under the leadership of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

为进一步推动烘焙食品行业（面包、糕点、饼干、膨化食品等）的发展，更好地为烘焙食品企业服务，经国家民政部批准，中国食品工业协会于2006年正式成立了中国食品工业协会面包糕饼专业委员会。
In order to promote the development of baking industry (including bread, pastry, biscuit, puffing foods, etc) and serve baking food enterprises better, CNFIA officially established Bread and Pastry Specialty Committee in 2006 with the authorization of Ministry of Civil Affairs of P.R.C.

2009广州烘焙食品展览会将于2009年3月11-13日在广州保利世界贸易中心博览馆举行。
Guangzhou Bakery International Exhibition 2009 will be held at Guangzhou Poly World Trade Center during 11th to 13th March 2009.

除了有关烘焙食品生产所需要的原料、设备、器具、添加剂、包装以及烘焙食品产品展示之外，中国食品工业协会将把一系列烘焙行业高端活动在展览会同期举行。例如：
